00:00When you will be severely demotivated, saddened and saddened,
00:05then during that moment, you have to say those words and those prayers that our Prophet used to say.
00:11You don't have to say things from here and there.
00:13You don't have to say things that are in the market.
00:16You have to say the words that are proven by the Sunnah.
00:18What are those?
00:19When the Prophet used to be in severe grief,
00:21when there was severe pain,
00:23our Prophet used to say,
00:24Allahu Allahu Rabbi la ushrikubihi shay'an.
00:28Similarly, our Prophet used to say,
00:30Ya hayyu ya tayyum bi rahmatika astaghfir.
00:33Similarly, our Prophet used to say,
00:35La ilaha illallahul azeemul haneem.
00:38La ilaha illallahu rabbul arshil azeem.
00:41La ilaha illallahu rabbul samawati wa rabbul arzi wa rabbul arshil kareem.
00:46Similarly, the Prophet taught that when you have regrets,
00:50you should say, why did this happen to me?
00:52I wish this would not have happened.
00:54I wish this would not have happened.
00:56So say, qaddarallahu wa ma sha'a Allah.
