In the blockchain-based metaverse, sensitive data is to be stored locally on users' computers.
00:06
That way, everyone can ensure their own security.
00:10
But the feature that would allow for data capture in the metaverse isn't activated yet,
00:15
and interactions quickly show the model's limits.
00:18
Hello?
00:19
Hey there, how are you doing?
00:24
Dear A.R.
00:25
Today, your words reach out across the ether, bridging worlds with a simple inquiry.
00:29
Listen, listen, can you be, can you answer a little shorter, please?
00:34
I would really appreciate that.
00:37
You have to be nice to A.I., because you never know what they do with you.
00:41
Not very convincing so far, but work on combining A.I. and VR is ongoing.
00:47
The most difficult part is connecting the A.I. with Somnium, because there's a lot of
00:53
things that the Somnium client needs to do, with VR, tracking everything, converting it
01:00
to data, and then sending it to the algorithm, processing it there, and then sending it back.
01:05
That connection between these two worlds is very complicated.
01:09
Somnium Space requires an annual subscription fee.
01:12
The upcoming Live Forever feature will also see something similar.
01:18
The Live Forever mode, for me, would be an extension of my consciousness throughout infinity.
01:26
It's like leaving behind a family album or something, but I don't think anybody would
01:31
look at it.
01:32
Once you're gone, you're gone, you know?
