Dad wins £100k on Lotto app after night out with friends

A lucky dad-of-four scooped £100,000 on the Lotto app after he struggled to sleep following a boozy night out.

00:12try my luck, and yeah I ended up hitting 100 grand on it. After that obviously we couldn't

00:17believe what was going on, we ran down to my friend's house, it's just down the road.

00:22And then he came downstairs and he was like, what's wrong? And we were like, we just won 100

00:26grand on the Lottery app, and he was like, what? And I was like, yeah, yeah, so you showed him

00:32your phone and he was just like, oh my god, he was like, you're gonna quit work? And he was like, no,

00:37it's not that much money. So what was it, about half 12 on the Friday morning, we were just sat

00:44on our friend's porch drinking champagne in our pyjamas, just trying to, you know, take it in.

00:50Yeah, considering I was the bar manager, I struggled to hold my glass still enough for

00:55for my friend to pour me a drink, and I just couldn't drink it, it was just going all over

01:00the floor and everything. So we're going to spend the money on a holiday for the kids,

01:06we're going to take them all to Disneyland, and the rest of it's just going to be used for

01:12a house deposit, getting us on the property ladder, yeah, so it'll make a big difference.
