00:17The Social Security System conducted a run-after contribution evaders or race campaign

00:22where they violated the notice of violation of the five business establishments in Parangay Tambo, Paranaque City.

00:29The next contribution also consists of the employers.

00:32These include two restaurants, a real estate, services, and a bakery where 137 employees are affected.

00:41The issue of the notice of violation was not ignored even though they are big business establishments.

00:52There is no owner of the restaurant, so only the employee received the notice.

01:15The employers will give a 15-day grace period to inform the SSS on the settlement of their contribution deliciencies.

01:32The race was led by SSS-NCR Operations Group Senior Vice President Maria Rita Aguja,

01:38SSS-NCR Concurrent Acting Head Christine Grace Francisco,

01:42and SSS-Tambo Branch Head Rowena Ann Marie Ocampo.

01:47There were a total of Php 2.4 million in deliciencies from the non-paid monthly contributions and penalties.

01:54According to the SSS, this does not require a one-time payment.

01:59It can still be deducted as long as it is related to the SSS branch.

02:04This is the 28th grace operation of the SSS in the NCR South Division.

02:09Under Republic Act No. 11199 or Social Security Act of 2018,

02:15the security benefits of Filipino workers, particularly the private sector, were increased.

02:22Some of the affected benefits are maternity, sickness, and death benefits for employees.

02:28To the employers who are in time for billing or notices,

02:35we are asking them to settle their delinquencies immediately.

02:43It is a pity that their employees are not able to avail the benefits of the SSS.
