00:00Hello Clash Nation, this is Angel Dominice from Subic Zambales.

00:10I will share with you my six facts.

00:13Number one, when I sing live, people feel so healed.

00:17And they also feel joy and they also say that I have an angelic voice.

00:22Second, when I was in my band days, I was fired or removed from different bands and bars because I don't wear women's clothes.

00:33Third, we moved houses nine times or so while I was battling with my bipolar 2.

00:43I found out myself but I wasn't diagnosed yet.

00:46I was diagnosed in 2022.

00:48I noticed that I wasn't okay.

00:52I feel irritated for some reasons that people don't understand me.

00:57And then suddenly, I have highs and lows of emotions or mood swings that I suddenly get high.

01:07And then, usually what happens to me is I lose myself.

01:13I can't control my emotions, my mind because number one, your mental health disorder is your mind.

01:26Sadly, it happened to me because of some emotional traumas since I was young.

01:35Until I brought it up, I also had trauma before when I went out.

01:44Because a lot of people witnessed my journey as a woman wearing clothes.

01:49And then they were surprised that I suddenly shifted into real me.

01:53This is really me.

01:54So, what happened was there were a lot of unexpected comments.

01:58But for me, I didn't notice it until I couldn't take it anymore.

02:03So, in 2021, all symptoms about bipolar disorder started to show up.

02:09In 2022, I was diagnosed with bipolar 2 by my psychologist.

02:15So, until now, I'm still battling it.

02:18And fortunately, it's manageable now.

02:20Fourth, this is my dream.

02:23I'm continuing this for my parents, especially for my mom.

02:28She's still there for me.

02:30Fifth, as an advocate for the welfare of ex-detainees, family, and also for the mental health,

02:37I also added an LGBT community.

02:40And lastly, of course, I have four cute pets.

02:45Two Shih Tzus, and I also have two cats.
