00:14refurbish and reopen next year. The famous Norfolk Arms car park sign, usually

00:19a big landmark on the road, is currently obscured by the scaffolding posts and

00:24work can be seen to have been done towards joining the main building to an

00:27outbuilding which forms part of the plan.
