00:07I want something God-like near me.

00:09You believe in ghosts so to counter that you start believing in gods.

00:15And then you make it ghosts versus gods in your inner battlefield.

00:18And because you are the referee, you make the gods win.

00:21It's not without reason that those fancy stories continue to hold sway.

00:26The way has actually helped a lot of people.

00:28You imagine something and then you let your own imagination terrify you.

00:32And when you feel terrified, you say,

00:34Oh my God, there is a real danger in front of me.

00:37And how do you counter that real danger?

00:39Which obviously is an imaginary thing.

00:42You counter this imaginary reality with another kind of imaginary reality.

00:48Spirituality isn't about God.

00:50Spirituality isn't about believing in anything.

00:53Neither ghosts nor gods.
