00:00I actually, on Tuesday, when the early information about the police will hold a meeting and detention,
00:18I contacted the Director of the Ministry of Social Welfare of the People's Republic of Indonesia
00:23and told them that the children who will be saved will be under the care of the PDRM police
00:29until the magistrate allows them to be in a safe house under the JKM
00:36and then I can get clearance to visit them.
00:39So, as early as Friday, but until Friday, I haven't received a release.
00:45So, we wait for the right time, maybe this coming week
00:49because as far as I know, yesterday, there were two batches.
00:54From a total of 412 children, there were two groups that were sent to the welfare home under the care of the JKM.
01:04So, for policy-wise, in terms of exploitation, is there any discussion about the policy that may be prevented?
01:12There are three things related to this case.
01:15First, exploitation of children.
01:18Trading from the point of misuse of underage children for business purposes.
01:24That's the first.
01:25Second, neglect.
01:27Meaning, if they have parents,
01:30the parents cannot neglect their responsibilities and make the children deny their rights.
01:37Third, if there is sexual harassment,
01:41they have also violated one of the regulations.
01:45And in terms of the state government,
01:48before this issue arose,
01:50we have been concerned with establishing a special authority to improve care services.
01:57When we talk about care services,
01:59it includes children in TASKAR and also children in care centres,
02:05including the elderly in care centres.
02:07The issue is that most of the care centres that are supposed to register with the JKM
02:12operate illegally or do not register.
02:16And we are not sure whether they are trained,
02:20their rights are protected, and so on.
02:22So, we want to investigate whether there is an improvement in the guidelines
02:27or the establishment of small laws under the authority of the local authorities
02:32or the establishment of an enactment under the state government.
02:35Since last year, since I was appointed as SFO,
02:39there have been several series of clearance operations from the JKM.
02:44This year, we have received more than 600 unregistered TASKAR members.
02:53400 have been cleared.
02:57200 have been confirmed to be fired.
03:00And there are still 400 that have not been registered.
03:04We will help in various processes.
03:08One of the challenges is the cost.
03:12It is not just the different processes in the PBT,
03:20but also in terms of the cost of consultation,
03:25and also to get the right to plan,
03:28and also to change the status of the building.
03:30So, looking at the root cause of this problem,
03:34the state government will open a channel to help,
03:38maybe not much, but with a significant amount,
03:42to start the registration of TASKAR members.
