00:09A typhoon is now watching the low-pressure area inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
00:15It was called the Typhoon Henner.
00:18The last tropical depression passed, 315 kilometers east-northeast of Casiguran, Aurora,
00:24and the wind is strong, reaching 45 kph.
00:27Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 is high in the eastern and central portions of the mainland of Cagayan,
00:34the whole of Isabela and Quirino, the eastern portion of Nueva Vizcaya,
00:38the eastern and southern portion of Apayao, the whole of Calinga,
00:42the eastern and central portion of Mountain Province, the whole of Ifugao, and Aurora,
00:47the eastern portion of Nueva Ecija, and the northern portion of the mainland of Quezon,
00:52along with the islands of Pulillo.
00:54It is possible for it to landfall in Isabela or Aurora within 24 hours.
