00:00Venezuela is a country that suffers from a serious problem of identity.

00:04I think that the whole petrodolera mentality has deeply affected us.

00:09So in a country where all kinds of motivation nowadays is at an economic level,

00:14I thought it was very important to rescue the idea of a man who gives his life for a freedom ideal.

00:19Another of the key points of the Bolivar film is the idea of touching the unconscious collective of Venezuelans

00:26through a lot of famous paintings,

00:29through the patriotic iconography of the time of independence.

00:33To make a revision of these images, images that are used by the Venezuelan people,

00:38and to give a new vision to these images.

00:40On the other hand, there are two actors who play the role of Bolívar.
