00:00So, many of us have many concerns about vasectomy, for example, how successful is it, and also

00:06what happened to the sperms, and also whether it will change your lifestyle or the ejaculation

00:12in any form or way.

00:14Let's dwell into that.

00:21After a vasectomy, which is a simple procedure of ligating a vas, and that vas is the tube

00:28that links the testicle to the seminal vesicles, and also prostatic secretions.

00:35So if that vas is cut, the amount, the texture, the volume, the temperature, and also the

00:44actual semen itself will remain unchanged, which will only have no sperms.

00:50And therefore, after vasectomy, number one is that the amount and also the characteristic

00:57of your semen will remain unchanged.

01:00The second thing people tend to worry about is that, will there be less of a man when

01:06they undergo vasectomy?

01:07The answer is no.

01:09The reason is because the testosterone is produced by the testicle itself, and the testosterone

01:15is circulating around the bloodstream, and after the vasectomy, the amount of testosterone

01:21remains unchanged, so the libido is completely unaltered.

01:26The third thing people worry about is that, after vasectomy, will they still have the

01:31same erection?

01:33The answer is of course yes, because the erection is determined by the blood supply and also

01:39the nerve supply.

01:41When the sensation and also the blood supply is completely unaffected by vasectomy, then

01:47the erection, including morning erection, will be completely unchanged.

01:51Lastly, some men worry about climax.

01:54They think that the intensity of the climax will be reduced after a vasectomy.

02:00The answer is completely untrue.

02:03The reason is very simple, because the climax itself is controlled by the brain.

02:09After the vasectomy is done, the brain is not affected, therefore the actual climax

02:15is unaltered as well.
