00:00If you were born again in the body of a 22 year old, the experiences that you have had,

00:04would you like to do the same again or would you do something else in your life?

00:08If I were to speak to my 22 year old self, I would say commit yourself more rigorously to sports.

00:15There are three racquet sports that I play and then four rather, including table tennis,

00:21and then there is cricket, the ubiquitous one in India, but I would have loved to excel.

00:26So that's one thing I'll tell myself, commit yourself with much more love to your sports.

00:32And the second thing, save time as much as possible, read even more, trust yourself more, you can save time.

00:39I have experimented a lot with life, but probably there have been phases when the results were more or less clear,

00:47yet I persisted with the experimentation phase because I was still feeling uncertain.

00:54So I would advise myself to trust myself more and hence save time.
