00:00Hello, my name is Cheryl King and I'm one of the Trustees of Empowering Voices.

00:08I've been using the coastal breathing technique since 2018 and it changed my life.

00:16I no longer fear public speaking or the telephone.

00:22In fact, I've changed jobs since my first course and I now support other people to have their voices heard.

00:29I now work as an advocate. I saw a complete change from hiding behind computers, running away from the office whenever the telephone rang.
