00:05How do you see it from your point of view?

00:07Very pleased with that decision.

00:09We've been, I think, as assistant coaches, you know,

00:13we've been urging Brendan to sort of, you know, to do that sort of position

00:17because he's, the impact he's had on the on the main test team at the moment

00:23has been brilliant.

00:24And, you know, I think the benefit he could do with taking over full time

00:30will no doubt benefit the team in both formats.

00:34Having a leader of that calibre in there, it's great.

00:37And we all know that, you know, that he's done a great job with that.

00:41And if you can do the same with the test team, then, you know,

00:45that's what we want to see.
