01:34maybe she was asked to sing this song that facilitated her escape.

01:40The senators believe that there is a Filipino involvement in the escape of Goh,

01:45so at the hearing of the transportation budget earlier,

01:47the Coast Guard asked why Goh's yacht was not intercepted.

01:53In our existing memorandum circular on pre-departure inspection,

01:58vessels which are non-common carrier,

02:02we are now revising the circular, Your Honor,

02:05so the Coast Guard will have a role in the enforcement.

02:14Why do we need an Alice Goh incident before we can anticipate such a scenario and then cover it?
