00:00PinkFly's services have a right monitor role. If you report a harassment case, you don't
00:24really get a positive answer from them. They ask for proof.
00:28PinkFly's services have a right monitor role. You have the proof that very moment because
00:35on and off, you are being recorded. Which is why it's completely secure and preferable
00:41to travel, especially for ladies.
00:59We have live monitoring in all of our cars. The reason for that is that if we can record something, we have proof of an incident.
01:07And it's also a very good deterrent. So if I know that I'm being watched, I'm not going to do something stupid.
01:12Secondly, we vet all of our drivers. So any driver who is a male driver who signs up on PinkFly,
01:17they have to go through a vetting process. And then they also have to do a video onboarding workshop.
01:23So we make sure that we only pick the best drivers. And lastly, if an incident does happen,
01:27we kick the driver on the very first instance. So bad drivers do not get to stay on the platform.
01:47Personally, I've experienced just drivers on these ride-hailing services just making you feel uncomfortable
01:54or not taking the route they're supposed to or saving your number and then, you know, spamming you.
02:00So those are like issues that we women go through. And that is what we wanted to solve with Pink and what we're trying to do.
