00:06I move to cite Guo Huaping, also known as Alice Guo, in contempt of the Senate for testifying

00:13falsely and evasively before this committee.

00:17After repeatedly snubbing Senate hearings, the Senate ordered her arrest.

00:21This is the first time Guo attends a hearing since May 22.

00:25She was deported from Indonesia on Friday, September 6, after she illegally left the

00:29Philippines in July.

00:31Despite her fingerprints matching those of Chinese Guo Huaping, she maintains she is

00:35Filipino.

00:36I know that I am Alice Guo, and I'm sorry if you don't believe me.

00:44Despite being cited in contempt, Ontiveros clarifies Guo will remain under PNP custody.

00:50If she posts bail, she will be detained in the Senate.
