00:05Since the Senate started the investigation in December 2023,
00:09Quibuloy has not shown any signs of abuse to any members of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ.
00:14On February 19, Quibuloy still did not appear in the hearings,
00:18that's why he was suspended by the Senate Committee.
00:21On February 21, Quibuloy released an audio recording
00:24where he said that he was hiding.
00:27He said that his life was at stake,
00:29he said that he had 2 million dollars in his head because of his cases in America.

00:39Quibuloy insisted that the allegations of abuse to the members of the KOJC are fake.
00:45On March 19, the Senate issued an arrest order against Quibuloy
00:49because of his repeated snubbing in the hearings.
00:53On April 1, the Davao Regional Trial Court ordered Quibuloy to be arrested
00:58for the case of child and sexual abuse.
01:00Quibuloy was not seen bringing a warrant to the KOJC compound on April 3.
01:07In another audio recording on April 6,
01:09Quibuloy said that he will face his cases in the Philippines
01:13as long as the government guarantees that America will not be affected.
01:18President Bongbong Marcos said that the court will be the next one and not Quibuloy.
01:24On April 11, the Pasig Regional Trial Court ordered Quibuloy to be arrested
01:29for the case of qualified human trafficking.
01:32At that point, they started looking for Quibuloy in his various areas in the Davao region.
01:37On June 10, there was a tension between the police and KOJC members
01:42when they brought arrest warrants for Quibuloy.
01:45On July 8, the PNP and DILG announced that they have P10 million for the arrest of the pastor.
01:52On August 8, the Court of Appeals freezed some bank accounts and assets of Quibuloy
01:58of KOJC and SMNI due to the possible connection of the pastor to illegal activities.
02:04On August 24, 2,000 police officers entered the KOJC compound to look for the pastor.
02:11On August 27, the Davao RTC issued a temporary protection order in support of the KOJC petition.
02:18It was reversed by the Court of Appeals and last night,
02:22Quibuloy surrendered after being given an ultimatum by the authorities.
02:26He is currently staying at the PNP Custodial Center in Camp Krame, Quezon City.
