what my diet looks like.

I try and eat healthy, eating mostly plant-based,

although I'm not great at it.

But I think I allow myself one sort of big cheat day,

sort of pancakes, waffles, that kind of thing a week.

I'm not a big supplement person.

I try and maybe fish oils or something like that.

But I've been trying that sort of mushroom craze,

that sort of like lion's mane and things like that.

And I actually have noticed a difference in my energy.

I don't know if it's going to last,

but they seem to be working, actually.

Definitely start with a bottle of water,

usually in the shower.

I try and drink a bottle of water before I have anything else.

Then I have a green juice,

which sounds like I'm being too good for whatever,

but I do usually have a green juice and a cup of coffee.

Then I try and work out.

And then quickly after working out,

I try and get some kind of a smoothie, protein shake, taco.

Then I snack in the afternoon, usually an apple,

a piece of dark chocolate or something like that.

Dinner's usually sort of a jump ball,

and I try and do it before 8 o'clock

and try not to snack after that.

My workout is one of two things.

I either go boxing for about a half an hour

to get sort of a cardio workout,

and then I hit weights as hard as I possibly can

for the next 20, 25 minutes.

And that's it. That's my workout.

And then obviously living in New York City,

I try and walk and bike as much as possible everywhere,

not take cabs or Ubers.

Probably the strictest I ever was, and this is going way back,

was to Charlie's Angels when I was just eating

sort of very, very low carbs.

I was sort of trying to be, like, extremely thin

and sort of wiry.

The inspo was like Iggy Pop,

and that was probably the strictest I've ever been in my life,

where, like, I just absolutely no sugar,

no alcohol, no nothing,

and just tried to get as minimal body fat as possible.

We were all in sort of, like, heavy black clothes,

and the bar didn't require it.

You know, I'm one of those people that's sort of weird

and forgets to eat, so I can have those sort of

mid-afternoon, like, low-blood sugar moments.

It's not that I'm trying not to eat,

but I don't eat usually in the morning.

I usually just have coffee and a juice,

and then once I get to work, I'll try and have

some sort of a protein or legume or bean

or something like that.

One of my favorite go-tos is just sort of a poached egg

with some beans and some hot sauce.

And then it's usually whatever catering has,

some salad or a piece of fish.

But on sets, it's weird.

You can go for these, like, long seven-hour stretches

where you just sort of forget to eat,

and that's usually a problem,

because the first thing that obviously presents itself

is, like, a craft service table

where there's things like, you know,

sour cream and onion Pringles

and things that are delicious.

So I try and eat little meals all throughout the day.

I'm always, like, you know, you work with some

fancy people in this business,

and I'm not that fancy, so a lot of times

they'll have, like, a chef or something.

So usually they'll have, like, something really bespoke

made for them at lunch.

And so I have, like, sort of, like,

creeped up on people that have those chefs,

and I'm like, what is that weird nori wrap you're eating?

And they're like, oh, my chef makes them,

and then they give them to you.

And then you're like, I'd love to have that tomorrow.

So then you try and basically get in on

whatever their chef is making for the day.

I don't find my diet that hard, to be honest.

I sometimes will, like, lapse into eating,

like, ice cream or something,

but that's usually short-lived.

I try and not eat a lot of sugar.

And then once you cut the sugar out of your diet,

the diet sort of falls into place,

meaning, like, I don't, I'm not having, like,

massive cravings throughout the day or anything like that.

It's really just about

not getting the frickin' dessert menu

or putting something in your refrigerator

that you know you're gonna want to eat later on.

And then workouts, I don't know.

Like everybody, I think I dread a workout sometimes,

a lot of times.

But then you've hit these, like, little jags

where you're stoked to go workout.

You realize that it's such a gift to yourself

to be able to move your body like that.

It's like therapy, you know?

Like, you never leave a workout bummed

that you did it, usually.

I'm always excited after I've done it.

My favorite carb, like everybody, is bread.

And usually if that bread has

Nothing beats a Joe's Pizza in New York City.

Usually when I'm out of town for a long time,

the first stop I make is Joe's Pizza.

Or John's. Or Prince Street.

Burgers are one of those things that I'm trying to work out in my diet.

But if I was gonna order a burger,

like a goody two-shoes, but I really do

burgers, those impossible burgers.
