Putin backs Kamala Harris, praises her ‘infectious laugh’

Russian President Vladimir Putin appeared to endorse Kamala Harris in the race for the U.S. presidency.    He went on to praise her ‘infectious laugh’ and claimed it was proof that she’s doing a good job.   One wouldn’t be blamed for detecting a hint of sarcasm in Putin’s comments, but the Russian President maintained that Joe Biden was initially Russia’s favored candidate.
