01:24So we can say that they are fast,

01:26but they are also constant in the effect they produce for the patient.

01:34shows us how, but this is a daily experience,

01:37how in reality they are absolutely manageable drugs,

01:41with a good safety profile,

01:44that allow us to manage our patients,

01:47who are sometimes also complex patients.

01:49So all the alarmism that there was at first,

01:52compared to inhibitors,

01:54certainly did not affect the experience of Italian dermatologists,

01:58who enthusiastically accepted this therapy,

02:01and indeed this enthusiasm was then translated into a clinical practice

02:06that confirmed what we saw a little bit from the trials,

02:10and, let's say, removed some doubts on something,

02:13on some topic that could generate some concern.
