00:00Ganesh Chaturthi 2020 or perfect bisan laddu recipe for the festival. Roast
00:11bisan, heat ghee in a pan. Add bisan chickpea flyer and roast on low heat
00:16until it turns golden brown and aromatic. Add nuts and spices. Incorporate chopped
00:24nuts, cashews, almonds, and cardamom powder into the roasted bisan. Stir
00:29continuously to blend well. Mix ghee. Gradually add more ghee if needed to
00:36the mixture to achieve the right consistency. The mixture should be moist
00:40but not too greasy. Sweeten. Add powdered sugar to the bisan mixture. Stir until
00:47well combined. The sugar should melt into the warm mixture. Shape laddus. Once the
00:55mixture cools slightly but is still warm, shape it into small balls laddus
01:00using your hands. Cool and store. Let the laddus cool completely on a plate. Serve.
