00:00Hello friends, in today's video we will learn how to change the background color of a single page in MS Word.
00:07Here I have a Word document, in which I have a lot of pages.
00:13So, I have six pages and I want to change the background color of a particular page.
00:20So, first of all, you have to click on the View button and click on Multiple Pages.
00:28So, here you can see that all the pages have appeared.
00:33Now, I want to change the background color of the second page.
00:39The rest will remain as it is.
00:41So, for that, you have to click on the Design tab.
00:45After clicking on the Design tab, if you go to Page Color and change the color of any page,
00:52you can see that the color of all the pages has changed.
00:55So, as it is, we don't have this requirement.
00:58So, for that, you have to go to Insert and click on Shapes.
01:05After clicking on Shapes, click on Take Rectangular.
01:09Here you have to draw the shape of the rectangular.
01:14And from here, you have to drag it down and set it according to the page.
01:20After that, you have to right-click from here.
01:22After right-clicking, you have to click on Send to Back.
01:26Here you have to click on Send Behind Text.
01:31So, here you can see that your text has come to the front and your rectangular has gone.
01:37And after that, if you right-click here, you will get the Fill option.
01:43So, from here, you have to click and from here, you have to select any color of your choice.
01:50So, here you can see that you have easily changed your color.
01:55And from here, if you copy it and paste it on the page, you can also copy and paste it on the next page.
02:05You will have to readjust it a little bit.
02:09So, in this way, you can easily change your background color in Word.
