00:04and they're made using a special square-shaped mold.
00:07They were invented so they could store better in the fridge,
00:09unlike a normal round watermelon,
00:10but if cut open,
00:11you'll see that they're not fully ripe on the inside,
00:13and therefore considered inedible.
