00:00Red Lobster's new CEO doesn't have a work-life balance, but that's how he likes it.
00:05Damola Ademolekian spoke to Fortune in 2023 and told us,
00:09My life is my work. My work is my life.
00:12The 35-year-old previously served as the CEO of P.F. Chang's
00:16and said his days typically started with a 7 to 8 mile run at 4.30 a.m.
00:20After a long day of meetings, the CEO said he usually wraps up his days around 6 p.m.
00:25and either heads to a business dinner or enjoys a post-work cigar.
00:29Ademolekian said he's never really separated work and life,
00:32but does acknowledge that it's important for some people to find a balance.
00:36He has his work cut out for him and will be tasked with helping rescue Red Lobster from bankruptcy.
