00:00It's hard to have a storm or other disaster, even for rescuers who also need someone on-site.
00:17That's why To The Rescue is a pickup truck that can transform as a command center
00:22that has medical and weather monitoring, as well as a kitchen and bed.
00:26Come on, let's change the game!
00:30In times of disaster and calamity,
00:37there's an all-in-one mobile vehicle that can be a backup.
00:44Powered by sustainable energy, all goods, even without electricity.
00:51There's also a command center with localized weather station.
00:58Equipped with rescue and emergency medical equipment.
01:05And complete with amenities like a kitchen and detachable portable bathroom.
01:12Impressive, eh?
01:16That's the Mobile Command and Control Vehicle or MOCOL.
01:22Developed by the team of Dennis Avelia within a decade.
01:27MOCOV is a disaster risk reduction and climate change adaptation technology
01:32that is built by a trailer that can be loaded on a 4x4 pickup truck.
01:36This all started when Baguiong Yolanda happened back in 2013.
01:43The kind of vehicle that we created is a trailer system that expands and contracts.
01:49And you can set it up in any location.
01:52MOCOV is powered by sustainable energy through solar and wind power.
01:57It can last up to 32 hours.
02:00And when that energy is gone, we have a backup generator.
02:04MOCOV is used in more than 10 cities in the National Capital Region.
02:10Including Caloocan City.
02:12We've used it 13 times.
02:15We're in 12 planned events in the city.
02:20And we have one incident, our drowning incident.
02:24We just want to be able to provide for every single LGU here in the Philippines.
02:29Because we know that they need it.
02:31And the urgency for disaster preparedness is so much more needed now.
02:39When assembled, MOCOV has three main rooms.
02:44First is the command room, where you can see the perimeter camera system
02:50so that they can monitor the area.
02:52And this is the localized weather station.
02:56And there are different communication systems inside the command room.
03:01This is their sleeping quarters.
03:06Next is the pantry area, where we can see their built-in kitchen.
03:13They also have a war room, this is our second room.
03:21And the third and final room here at MOCOV is the rescue and medical triaging area.
03:26Where we can see different emergency and medical equipment.
03:32A game-changing modern hub of technology.
03:35Made by Filipinos, for Filipinos.
03:38Perfect for our disaster response here in the Philippines.

04:35The excitement and school spirit at Aureliano University and Emilio Aguinaldo College is on fire.
04:41They held a pep rally for the opening of NCAA Season 100.
04:47J.P. Soriano was there.
04:52The AU Chief Squad once again led the pep rally of Aureliano University in Manila.
04:58Their winning piece in the Season 99 cheerleading competition.
05:03But that was just the beginning of the Chiefs' preparation for the opening of the Centennial Season of the National Collegiate Athletics Association or NCAA.
05:15The vibe!
05:17The school spirit!
05:19Victory!
05:21Especially when their student-athletes were introduced.

05:33Our team was able to prepare well for the upcoming season.
05:37Thank you to everyone who supports the Aureliano Chiefs.
05:39I hope you will continue to support us in Season 100.
05:45Some of the Sparkle artists, Dylan Menor, Larkin Castor, Sean Besagas, and Mikey Quintos, were also happy and gave performances.
05:56The generals of Emilio Aguinaldo College or EAC Generals also joined their pep rally.
06:04The audience was loud.
06:06It was a game that was really fun.
06:10The members of the Yaman Lahi Dance Artists also joined their street dance performance.
06:18Of course, the generals themselves were an all-out team.
06:21From Astigian to Dancing Kings.
06:27For GMA Integrated News, J.P. Soriano.
06:31The show was broadcast for 24 hours.
06:37We invite you to take good care of the animals left in one of the zoos in Negros Oriental.
06:43This was brought to you by Caretaker.
06:45To your heart, Action Man!
06:51July 2022.
06:53Amlan Dreamland Nature and Adventure Park in Amlan, Negros Oriental temporarily closed due to the plan of rehabilitation and the arrangement of a permit.
07:05But two years later, the zoo did not open again.
07:09So one of the left caretakers in the area is already looking for the remaining 13 animals there.
07:16There are Camels, Phytons, Ostriches, Horses and others that need proper food and care.
07:26The animals there died because they did not provide food for the animals.
07:32According to the caretaker, it reached the point of death of a tiger in the zoo before the other tigers were transferred to the clan
07:40because the food provided by the owner was not enough.
07:46If someone comes here to provide food, the animals will be able to eat enough food.
07:56To your heart, Action Man!
07:58In the local government of Amlan and in DNR Region 7.
08:04The Municipal Tourism Office explained that the zoo's operation is under review by their lawyer
08:09which is a private-public partnership between the local government of Amlan, Dreamland Nature and Adventure Park Corporation.
08:17The investigation is ongoing.
08:21The DNR Region 7 also inspected the zoo because of the riots.
08:27The decision was to give the wildlife to other permittees.
08:33That's why some of the wildlife were brought to the clan.
08:38According to Pedro, the most expensive animal there is the tiger
08:44because they need a lot of meat.
08:50What's left are grasses and feeds.
08:55The zoo's owner was surprised that they let the animals there
08:59because the zoo has not been seen since the closure of the zoo in 2022
09:04Their president and some investors spent a lot of money to increase the daily feeding of the animals.
09:12There are also volunteers who provide food, medicine and other things.
09:18Currently, the zoo is looking for an additional investor to fix the zoo.
09:24They are also concerned about the DNR and the condition of the zoo and its rehabilitation plan.
09:34We will investigate this case.
09:36For your information, just send it to Kapuso Action Man Facebook page

09:49The driver who was arrested after crossing the Exa-Busway and was arrested for escape is now being searched.
09:56The driver defeated the enforcer and introduced himself as the mayor of Bulacan.
10:03Darling, you're in trouble.
10:07Sir, I will do my best. I will not let you go to the LCO.
10:10The enforcer, Mark Joseph Cesar, was three times faster than the blue pickup
10:15until 5 p.m. yesterday.
10:17Cesar blocked the front of the car because the driver was trying to escape.
10:21Sir, we will have a problem with that, sir.
10:23We will have a problem with that, sir.
10:25Cesar stopped the pickup because it was crossing the busway on the northbound side of Edsa Ortigas.
10:30The video was not captured but the driver who was blocking the front of the car to help the enforcer stopped the pickup.
10:36Later, the driver mentioned the names of the government officials.
10:40You entered the busway, sir.
10:42Okay, sir. No problem.
10:44We are DOTR. Secretary Bautista is our boss.
10:48Later, he introduced himself as the mayor.
10:51I am Secretary Bautista. You can call me Mayor Perez.
10:54Mayor Perez of?
10:56Bulacan.
10:58Mayor Perez of Bulacan.
10:59They are asking for his ticket but they don't want to give a license or any document.
11:04I don't have a ticket, sir.
11:06You don't have a license?
11:07No, I don't have a license.
11:09We don't have a ticket.
11:12We are LTO deputies, ma'am.
11:16You are Mayor Perez, okay?
11:18Mayor Perez.
11:19The enforcer couldn't do anything if they were not allowed to leave.
11:23According to the DOTR Special Action and Intelligence Committee for Transportation, or SAIC,
11:28the incident was reported to the Land Transportation Office along with the plate number of the vehicle.
11:33Authorities are still looking for the driver who introduced himself as Mayor Perez of Bulacan.
11:37But there is no mayor in the province of Bulacan with the last name Perez.
11:43Supposedly, the reports will be sent to the LTO this morning to issue a show-cause order.
11:52We expect that maybe this afternoon or tomorrow,
11:56the plate number and the report will be sent to issue a show-cause order.
12:03The driver may face unauthorized use of the busway,
12:07as well as for violation to the enforcer.
12:10Burmonts will now enter the city.
12:12Authorities are still looking for a way to keep an eye on the busway.
12:16SAIC is now studying the deployment of additional enforcers here.
