00:00We welcome, we have a preliminary commitment for area-specific humanitarian pauses during the
00:06campaign and we call on all parties to pause of course the fighting to allow children and
00:14families to safely access health facilities in response to this commitment of this area-specific
00:21humanitarian pauses. So it has been agreed the campaign will be delivered in a phased approach
00:27over three days. So we start the 1st of September and we start in central Gaza for three days
00:34followed by south Gaza and then followed by the north of Gaza. Normally within four weeks
00:41you do the second round. When we start this process we have to finish this process.
00:46So the assumption is for WHO, UNICEF, partners that we of course will do that we will definitely
00:54do the second round as well. Now we need this humanitarian pauses and that has been very clear.
01:02We there's an agreement on that so we expect that all parties will stick to that. Otherwise
01:09indeed it is it is actually impossible to do a proper campaign because
01:13you will not reach, you will definitely not reach your 90%.
01:24you
