00:00Hello and welcome back to my channel. Today I will show you another drugstore makeup tutorial using the Maybelline The Nudes eye palette.
00:07The previous time I did a smokey eye, so this time I will do a more neutral eye look.
00:12But I always start with priming my eyes and I use the MAC Paint Pot in the shade Soft Ochre.
00:18This will hide all the redness on my eyelid and will make sure that the eyeshadow will stay in place.
00:24Now I'm using a white eye pencil and I will use this right underneath the highest point of my eyebrow.
00:30This will give the appearance that my eyebrow is more lifted.
00:41Now I'm using my fingers to blend out the eye pencil. And excuse my nails, it looks terrible, I know.
00:48So this is the first shade that I will apply in my crease. It's a very soft yellowy shade and it's perfect as my transition shade.
00:59I'm using my Sigma E40 brush to blend this.
01:18Now I'm using a shade which is a bit darker than the other shade and I'm using my Sigma E38 and I'm mainly focusing at the outer part of my eyelid.
01:35Now I'm going back in with the light yellowy shade and my Sigma E40 brush to make sure that everything is well blended out.
02:06Now I'm using an even darker shade and just to make everything clear I'm only going in with matte shades right now.
02:15And again I will focus at the outer corner using my Sigma E45 brush. So this is a different brush which is a bit more dense.
02:23And I just keep blending so it gets a bit of a very light smokey effect at the outer corner.
02:29Now that it's done I will also apply the same shade at the beginning of my eyelid using a MAC 242 brush.
02:59Now I'm going back in with the medium brown shade and my Sigma E45 brush.
03:10And I will blend this around the edges of the darker shade that I applied at the inner corner and outer corner.
03:16And I'm also just following my crease with my brush so I'm just keep blending back and forth.
03:29Now I applied a bit more of the darker shade on my Sigma E45 brush. I didn't found it well blended enough so sometimes you have to go in with the same dark shade to make sure that it's just a bit more soft.
03:59Now I'm using a basic white matte shade. Unfortunately there is no white shade included in the Maybelline eye palette.
04:06But this one is from Makeup Geek and it's not very expensive. So I'm using my MAC 242 brush to apply this at the middle part of my eyelids.
04:16Now I'm going in with the lighter shade from the palette and I'm using my Sigma E30 brush. This is a pencil brush.
04:36And I applied a bit of the product and now I'm tapping the eyeshadow at the middle part of my eyelids on top of the white eyeshadow that I applied before.
04:53So I didn't found the brush doing it's job very well so now I'm just using my MAC 242 brush.
05:00I made it a bit wet using a setting spray and now you can see that the product is a bit more clear to see.
05:09And now I will use the same shade right underneath my brow bone. I really love to use this shade underneath the brow because it has a very pretty sheen into it.
05:17Now I'm using the high brow pencil from Benefit Cosmetics. This is originally made for underneath the brow bone but I really love to use this in my waterline.
05:37This will give the appearance that my eyes look a bit bigger so that's really nice.
05:43Now I'm using the dark brown shade again from the palette and my Suiva 237 brush.
05:49And I will start with blending this at the outer corner underneath my lower lash line.
05:54And I will blend this towards the inner corner underneath my eye.
06:12Now to make the edges a bit more sharp I'm using Select Cover Up concealer from MAC in the lighter shade.
06:42So it was a bit too harsh the lines so now I'm going in with my beauty blender to make it a bit more soft.
07:13And I'm just using a tiny pencil blending brush to make the line even more blended out.
07:22Now I'm using the NYC liquid eyeliner to create my cat wing.
07:28If you want to see how I create my eyeliner I have a separate video on it and I will link it down in the description bar.
07:43Now I'm going back in with the lighter shade of the palette and I will apply this at the inner corner underneath my lower lash line to make my eyes pop out even more.
07:54And for this I'm using the 219 brush from MAC.
07:58For my mascara I use the MAC extended play lash mascara, one of my favorites.
08:10And this is the finished result using no fake eyelashes.
08:14So you can leave it like this but you can also add some fake eyelashes and that will make it look even more pretty of course.
08:21I used the Shining Star lashes from Eyelure and Vegas Nae.
08:25So this is the finished result using fake eyelashes.
08:29I had some problems with applying these because I had very watery eyes so I had to reapply my eyeliner so it looks a bit more thick.
08:38I just wanted to mention so you know.
08:40My next video will be up on Friday so hopefully I will see you then. Bye bye!
08:55you
