00:00The Prophet s.a.w. said,
00:07I swear by my power and glory,
00:11if I intend to forgive someone,
00:13I will not take him away from the world,
00:15so that I do not make him ill,
00:17or put him at risk,
00:19and take full responsibility for all his mistakes.
00:22Mishkatul Musabi, Hadith no. 1585
00:25Shaqeeq Rahmatullah s.a.w. narrates,
00:28Abdullah bin Masood s.a.w. became ill,
00:31so we went to him for his treatment,
00:33he began to cry,
00:35so he was blamed for this,
00:37he said,
00:38I do not cry because of the disease,
00:40because I heard the Prophet s.a.w. saying,
00:44disease is the remission of sins,
00:46I cry because this disease has affected me at the age of old age,
00:51and it did not affect me in the time of hard work,
00:54because when a person becomes ill,
00:56then the same reward is written for him,
00:59which was written before he became ill,
01:02and now only that action has been stopped from being carried out.
