00:00Simply put, loneliness is when you are not alright with yourself.
00:05I am not okay with myself.
00:07So what will I need?
00:08I will need somebody else to be with.
00:12That's the state of the lonely person.
00:14Can there be somebody else I can look at?
00:16Because if I look at myself, all I see is nonsense.
00:20You are lonely.
00:21So you go and tie a knot with someone who is as lonely as you are.
00:26And then there are mutual expectations, which obviously cannot be fulfilled because neither
00:31of you are capable of fulfilling them.
00:33When you could not give nice company to yourself, how would you give nice company to the other?
00:38The fellow who strikes a relationship because he is feeling lonely, will definitely end
00:44up frustrated.
00:46But when he is frustrated, he always has the option to stop looking outwards for company
00:52and instead face the mirror.
