01:16On the night of the incident, the doctor was on a 36-hour duty

01:19in which basically doctors have to stay in the hospital for continuous day and night emergency and patient care.

01:36the victim and her four colleagues came to the seminar hall to eat food

01:58the accused, Sanjay Roy, entered the room, raped the doctor,

03:50declare this clear-cut rape and murder case as suicide?

04:54this doctor was sexually assaulted.

04:56She was beaten and raped brutally.

04:58Her abdomen, right hand and lips were badly injured.

05:02Even her collarbone was crushed.

05:04So the report cleared that this is not a suicide case

05:07and when the police started the investigation,

05:09they found out from the CCTV footage

05:11that a man named Sanjay Roy

05:13entered the seminar hall at 4 in the night.

05:16The police also found a Bluetooth earphone in the seminar hall

05:18which connected directly to his phone

05:20when they checked.

05:21This person was definitely the culprit.

05:23That's why the police immediately arrested him

05:25and guess what?

05:26He also admitted his crime.

05:28Now, who is this Sanjay Roy?

05:30Well, this person was not connected

05:32to the hospital in any way.

05:34Neither was he a staff member

05:36nor was he a medical personnel.

05:38But since 2019, Sanjay has been working

05:40with the Kolkata Police as a civic volunteer

05:51Sanjay often wore a Kolkata Police t-shirt

05:53and also had a Kolkata Police plate

05:55on his bike.

05:59in a hospital where a patient's relatives

06:01do not even get entry without visiting hours,

06:03how does this person get entry

06:05at 4 in the night without any stop?

06:07There must be guards in any government hospital.
