00:31to run these three hospitals.
00:35And you must have heard about the Sindh government.
00:38We don't do anything.
00:39We don't have good governance.
00:42We don't do mega projects.
00:44Well, actions speak louder than words.
00:47And after the devolution of NICBD, the Sindh government brought the world's largest heart-treatment network
00:57in Karachi and the entire province to that level after the devolution.
