It’s a big day for animals at the London Zoo as the annual weigh-in for vital statistics takes place. Out of the zoo's 14,000 animals, around 400 were weighed. "Getting them to step onto a scale individually can be hard work," said Angela Ryan, Head of Zoological Operations at London Zoo. The weigh-in happens every year, with the data shared with zoos worldwide and conservationists who use it to help track animals in the wild.
