00:00I think it really started with growing up with my family's love for eating well.

00:19I interned in a restaurant in New York, which really made me love the industry a lot.

00:30I thought of other paths, actually, rather than hospitality, but I think the pull of

00:36seeing happy faces from all the guests of my mom, of my uncles, in all their restaurants

00:42sort of really pulled me in and made me want to consider that path as well, but doing it

00:46my own way.

00:47I feel blessed now that it's been five years and that we're still doing as well as we did

00:55when we started, which I think I should be proud about, yes.
