01:15We will add 1 tablespoon of crushed green chilies.
01:19We will add 1 medium sized onion, which should weigh 175 grams.
01:23We will chop it finely and squeeze its water.
01:27We will add 1 cup of finely chopped coriander.
01:30We will mix all these ingredients well with the mince.

03:44After frying the ginger garlic paste, we will add the tomato paste that we prepared earlier.
03:50We will also add 1.5 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder,

04:16You have to cook these spices on medium flame with tomato paste until the water dries up and the oil comes up.
04:24After frying the spices well and the oil comes up, we will add 1.5 cup of whisked curd and stir it immediately so that the curd doesn't break.
04:33We will cook it on medium flame until the water dries up.
04:37When the water dries up and the oil comes up, you have to add the fried kebabs to it.
04:43You have to fry these kebabs on medium to high flame with the spices for 1 to 2 minutes.
04:49When the kebabs are fried well, you have to add 2 cups of water to it.
04:54You can add water as per your choice.
04:57Now we will mix it well and cover it and cook it on low flame for about 20 minutes.
05:05I have used 2 cups of water because I want to keep the gravy of handi kebab thick.
05:11If you want to keep its gravy thin, you can add 3 cups of water.
05:17After cooking handi kebab on low flame for 20 minutes, you have to turn off the flame, crush 1 tsp of dry fenugreek seeds in your hands and add 1 tsp of garam masala powder.
