00:15Human Resources Minister Stephen Sim said the high employability rate

00:20highlighted the relevance and effectiveness of their programs.

00:23He said this showed the confidence that the industry had in their graduates.

00:28You are the supporters of the future of the Malaysian economy.

00:35Because these high-tech investments need skilled, expert workers.

00:46And in front of me, you are the ones who are the employers

00:54in these high-tech companies.

00:57You are the ones who will drive high-tech and high-value investments in Malaysia.

01:12He also attributed the high employability rate

01:14to strategic collaborations with industry players.

01:18A total of 6,954 graduates were awarded advanced diplomas,

01:24and certificates in various technical and vocational education

01:28and training fields during the convocation.

01:31To date, the Institute has produced some 232,000 full-time graduates.
