00:11Pagasa continues to monitor the last low-pressure area of Mataan, 375 kilometers north of Itbayan, Batanes.

00:20According to Pagasa, the chance of it being a typhoon is still low and has no effect on the country.

00:26For now, only low and localized thunderstorms are affecting the country.

00:30According to Metro Weather, it is expected to rain in Cagayan, Isabela, Calinga, Romblon, Mindoro Provinces and some parts of Bicol Region,

00:40as well as in Guimaras, Cebu, Samar, and Negros Provinces.

00:44Almost the whole of Mindanao will also be affected.

00:46The chance of rain in Metro Manila is low, but thunderstorms are still possible.
