02:09will be thrown here, even the water coming down from Sierra Madre Mountain

02:12which has a ground component and a large tunnel below

02:15that will help whenever there is a strong storm or flood.

02:18Our President said that we should prepare for the next storms

02:23because we are not yet in La Niña.

02:24Actually, there is a 70% chance that La Niña will happen in September, October, November

02:30and of course, there will still be storms.

02:32So, we really need to prepare and help

02:35so that the worst-case scenario in terms of flooding will not happen.

02:40According to DPWH, the project's value is in the sum of P10 billion.

02:45It includes design studies, engineering, permit, land, and location.
