00:10And then in these moments, you pick up things that are real. You're fighting for survival.

00:14If you lose, then people lose their jobs. It has big consequences, real-life consequences.

00:20And then I think the key part is the message behind it sometimes. If you're saying to a player

00:27that you're angry because he's bad or because he's missing a pass, that's not the point.

00:32If you're angry because you feel that the players, your team, should run more, your team should

00:40have a better body language, pay more attention, I think those things are fair,

00:45in terms of the culture you want to have in a club. It's not about a player making a mistake.

00:50And I think it's important because it's also not like you're getting angry on a young player who

00:57has no experience, like an easy target. When you get angry, you get angry at one of the main
