00:00Davao City Rep. Paulo Duterte ordered all elected and appointed officials of the government to participate in the mandatory random drug test.
00:10Under House Bill 10744, the random drug test will be conducted every 6 months through the hair follicle and urine test.
00:19It will be faced with an administrative case and anyone who will be positive can be suspended or removed from their post.
00:26According to Duterte, the Constitution states that the public office is a public trust and that those who will serve the government should be responsible and have integrity.
