ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷ ನೀಡಿದ್ದ ಘರ್ ಘರ್ ಗ್ಯಾರೆಂಟಿ ಭರವಸೆಗಳು ಕಾನೂನಿನ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಲಂಚದ ಆಮಿಷವಾಗಿದ್ದು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷದಿಂದ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಿರುವ 99 ಸಂಸದರನ್ನು ಅನರ್ಹಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಅಲ್ಲಹಾಬಾದ್ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಹಿತಾಸಕ್ತಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ದಾಖಲಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
