00:00It was really a tough race, but I knew Ray had the 400 metre hurdle strength in him.

00:06I only got the 200 metre strength, so I knew the back straight is going to be a fast one.

00:12So I just had to chase and close the gap and see if we'll have that one last kick for the

00:18home stretch.

00:19But it didn't come about because I think I used too much energy on the home stretch.

00:23So for me it was really a great race having to chase and looking at I haven't had enough

00:30rest and we did what we did today.

00:33I'm happy for that.

00:35He ran a very calculated anchor for us.

00:38We was pushed to the limit tonight and Botswana did a great job.

00:41But the feeling, I knew Ray was going to do his job.

00:45I was just watching.

00:46It was a thrilling race.

00:47So, you know, just me sitting on the sideline watching, I'm just like, come on, come on,

00:52He pulled through for Team USA and I can't be more proud for him.
