00:00I'm just kind of touching back as well on what you were saying about bringing the music to a new generation.

00:04Obviously, Barbie coming out last year, and there was a cover of your song that went with Nicki Minaj and Ice Spice.

00:11Do you feel like that's really bringing your hit, A New Lease of Life, to a new generation?

00:15Well, it was good, but it wasn't that good.

00:18But I'll see so much better.

00:21But that's the truth.

00:23It opened up for another generation that might listen a lot to hip-hop because it was Nicki Minaj.

00:31And I found it very funny that we were nominated for American Grammy in the category Best Hip-Hop.

00:37That's really sarcastic.

00:39But it was truly nice to hear they're coming out with a new version.

00:43Because we knew when the movie was coming out, something was going to happen here.

00:47We were going to be asked about somewhere along the line.

00:51You know, that Barbie girl was going to be brought in.

00:55And they came back to us with this amazing track.

01:01And I'm really proud that we're on the track.

01:07You know, on the soundtrack.

01:12But it's just cool to hear them make another version of such a big hit.
