00:00Computer Science videos here today to show you guys in this tutorial how to
00:05connect your Alexa Echo Dot to a Mac computer using Bluetooth. Without further
00:09ado, let us start the video. So in this tutorial, you need to have access to a
00:14Mac computer, the actual product Alexa Echo Dot itself and we will be using
00:19Bluetooth to complete this video so we can now turn the attention to the Mac
00:23computer. Before we do that, let's now connect Alexa. Make sure it's turned on
00:29before we are able to use the device itself. So that's now been plugged in.
00:39Let's now turn the attention to the device itself.
00:44Let that load. We should now be ready to start this tutorial. So let's now go all
01:00the way down to the dock, go to system preferences, go to Bluetooth, wait for
01:09this to pop up on screen. If not, what we will have to do is we would have to call
01:15out Alexa and tell Alexa to connect.
01:25Alexa pair. If nothing were to occur, we will now turn the Bluetooth on.
01:39Now we see Echo Dot on screen. Let's click on connect and now we are fully
01:57connected. Let's now go down to the dock, go to finder, my YouTube channel, a video
02:06that is ready to play and hopefully the volume should be released via Alexa. Go
02:17to sound, go to output via Alexa and now play the video.
02:28And so we have now connected the Echo device to the Mac computer using
02:40Bluetooth. That's it for this video. I'll see you guys in my next tutorial. Thanks for now.
02:45Thank you for making it towards the end of the video. Be sure to subscribe to my channel,
