00:09There are so many identities possible to you.

00:12How do you know whether or not an identity is good for you?

00:16If an identity confines you, constrains you, prevents you from learning and growing up, that identity is not good for you.

00:24Choose identities that afford you the maximum freedom.

00:29That is the only criteria.

00:31Be careful and keep asking yourself, am I becoming more free?

00:35Am I learning? Is my mind becoming clearer?

00:38Am I growing in compassion? Am I becoming more responsible?

00:42Those identities that facilitate this growth within you are good for you.

00:48Those identities that do the opposite must be dropped or avoided.
