00:00It looks like an intricate puzzle, but it's a puzzle that Olympic gold medalist Janja Garnbred has already solved in her mind.

00:12Yeah, basically I feel the moves, I feel the momentum and I just follow it.

00:18I just follow my instincts and I just like go with the flow and that has always been my thing,

00:23like just going with the flow, just feeling the holds, feeling the movement and then my body just follows.

00:29Her rise began in 2016 when at 17 she topped the IFSC World Cup.

00:34Since then she has won 8 World Championship medals, 41 World Cups and Olympic gold in Tokyo.

00:41Despite her remarkable success, she trains as if she's never tasted victory.

00:46I don't like let success define me. I know that I need to still keep working hard to be the best.

00:53Garnbred is determined to win her second gold medal in Paris, aiming to maintain her status as the sports only female champion.
