00:02When I first started out,

00:05ang problem ko was kung paano ako mapakilala yung brand ko.

00:10Yung benta, yun yung mga problema mo.

00:14And then now, I'm in a state where

00:17my problems, the challenges that I encounter everyday

00:21are getting bigger and bigger everyday.

00:23Kasi hindi na lang siya isang branch.

00:26Maraming ka ng branches.

00:28And then, may komisary ako.

00:30So paano magiging profitable yung komisary

00:32kung eto lang yung branches mo.

00:35So there are new challenges everyday.

00:39It's hard, of course, given my busy schedule.

00:43But I also learned how to delegate work.

00:47Because dati ako lahat nung magawa.

00:49So now I have a good team,

00:51and I'm working around that.

00:53But we're not yet perfect.

00:56Like anything naman.

00:58I'm getting there. I'm getting there.
