00:54Meaning, the Empire 999 that owns drugs in Mexico Pampanga,

01:01has associates in corporations where they are the same incorporators.

01:08So, the interlocking incorporators is our link that could involve these POGOs

01:17directly to Michael Yang, through his brother, who is remitting money to POGOs everywhere.
