00:10The finance chief said the program took into account ongoing external trends that heavily
00:15influence the global economy at present while still recovering from the pandemic such as
00:20geopolitical tensions.
00:22To fund the budget for next year, Secretary Recto added the agency scouted for more resources
00:28without inflicting new taxes or leaving debts to be paid by future generations.
