These Fluffy and Moist Milk Cupcakes are perfect for a winter snack


➤ Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1g salt
- 3g vanilla extract (optional)
- 60g sugar
- 110g cake flour(soft flour)
- 4g baking powder
- 85g milk
- 10g unsalted butter


➤ Tips
- Melt unsalted butter before use
- Vanilla extract can be omitted, but I highly recommend adding it
- Don't forget to put it on the steamer when the water boils
